APIA U: Leadership 101 Training is designed to give Asian Pacific Islander American (APIA) college students the chance to engage in an interactive college leadership training program which will involve hands-on exercises, small group discussions, and presentations led by two qualified APIA facilitators.
- 1.5 Day Training
- 60 APIA students from each region
- Focus on Self-Awareness, team-building, and direct action organizing.
- Development of leadership tools to effectively serve as catalysts for change.
- Attendees will have the opportunity to network with local APIA community leaders
The training is FREE. Breakfast, lunch, and a light reception on Saturday will be provided. Students are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation needs.
